Our top 18 — Updated for 2024
Finding a unique wedding venue that fits your style can be daunting, which is why we decided to compile a list of the best Philadelphia wedding venues. As Philadelphia wedding photographers, we’ve been lucky enough to document hundreds of weddings and have been to some of the best venues in the area. Here is a list of our Top 20 Philadelphia wedding venues (including some in the general Philadelphia region that we also really love). From turn of the century historic buildings, to estates on the Delaware River, to warehouses and backyard weddings — the Philadelphia area has some of the best places in the country to say “I Do.”
While our favorites vary greatly in wedding aesthetic, we love them all for their unique style and experience. As wedding photographers, one of our favorite things is documenting at a wedding venue is that it feels authentic with a sense of place — as though it existed before it was a wedding venue. We find this lends itself best to the idea of what a modern wedding is — authenticity, charm, and that extra indescribable feeling that makes you fall in love with the energy of a good space. At the end of the day we’ve learned that no matter how beautiful the place, the experience you have with the venue itself matters, which is why we’ve selected venues that we’ve not only enjoyed shooting at, but also teams we’ve enjoyed working with.
